Products and descriptions
Review product descriptions, materials, measurements, colors and care instructions before purchasing. Colors may appear differently across screens. Product availability is subject to confirmation. We do not make performance or certification claims beyond the information expressly provided for a product.
Prices and charges
Prices are displayed in USD. The order summary sets out product charges, shipping, applicable tax and the total before payment. Standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses is free, and the current checkout tax amount is $0. Prices may change for future purchases.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the amount shown for the selected purchase, subject to the payment being processed and the order being accepted. You must be authorized to use the payment method supplied. Payment status and any order acceptance will depend on the actual transaction result.
Order acceptance
A submission or payment attempt does not, by itself, establish that an order has been accepted. Where an order is accepted, the confirmation and applicable transaction records identify the products and charges. Contact us for help with an order or a payment issue.
Shipping and delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, calculated as handling plus transit; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Order cutoff: 07:00PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff enter the handling cycle that business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the cycle on the next business day.
Returns and refunds
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and the return address first. Ordinary returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with any original tags. Different handling applies to items received damaged, defective or incorrect. Calybrelab covers return shipping for our error, damage or defect; customers pay for change-of-mind returns to our authorized address in France. No restocking fee applies. Use of the website
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Calybrelab website materials may not be copied or used commercially without appropriate permission.
